On the occasion of Düsseldorf Photo, sipgate shows will present a selection of contemporary photographic works in the new rooms on Gladbacher Strasse 46.

From Thomas Struth’s black-and-white photos of Düsseldorf streets in the late 1970s to photographs of still lifes by Annette Kelm, a photogram by Jan Paul Evers and overexposed night shots by Andreas Gefeller to colour copies by Wolfgang Tillmans, the potential of photography as a medium is exemplified here, which in the meantime primarily confronts his everyday life on Instagram.
